The Benefits of Right Association

The psalmist David once asked: “O Jehovah, who will be a guest in your tent? Who will reside in your holy mountain?” That surely is a thought-provoking question. David provided the answer: “He who is walking faultlessly and practicing righteousness and speaking the truth in his heart.” (Psalm 15:1, 2) An accurate understanding of the Bible will enable one to identify the religion that meets those divine requirements. Then, by associating with that group, one will enjoy upbuilding fellowship with people who worship God in unity and “with spirit and truth.”

(1 John 2:29) . . .everyone who practices righteousness has been born from him.

(1 John 4:7) . . . everyone who loves has been born from God and gains the knowledge of God. . .

(Philippians 3:9-10) . . .but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness that issues from God on the basis of faith, ¹⁰ so as to know him . . . (Ephesians 4:24) . . .put on the new personality which was created according to God’s will in true righteousness and loyalty. (Isaiah 11:4) And with righteousness he must judge the lowly ones, and with uprightness he must give reproof in behalf of the meek ones of the earth. And he must strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the spirit of his lips he will put the wicked one to death.

(Hebrews 1:8) But with reference to the Son: “God is your throne forever and ever, and [the] scepter of your kingdom is the scepter of uprightness.

(Hebrews 1:9) You loved righteousness, and you hated lawlessness. That is why God, your God, anointed you with [the] oil of exultation more than your partners.” (Revelation 19:11) . . .And the one seated upon it is called Faithful and True, and he judges and carries on war in righteousness.

(Habakkuk 2:4) . . .But as for the righteous one, by his faithfulness he will keep living.. . .

(Malachi 3:18) ¹⁸ And YOU people will again certainly see [the distinction] between a righteous one and a wicked one, between one serving God and one who has not served him.”

“ All thou all the holy ones who kept holy spirit with in them, did not show disregard to any man or God. 1Thess.4:8; 1Pet.2:21-23; they disregard the sin not the person. One could find this distinction between a righteous one in the patterns of those who kept holy spirit with in them all thou their life. Gen.21:22-31,34 ; Gen. 24:62, 26:1,12-31: the righteous one, disregard’s the sin and not the person. But the bullies are not like that, but they go around laying a curse on their victims with their words, then lying in wait for blood as others do there sin against the victims , as others follow them by actually believing the curse the bullies put on their victims, causing their wicked ideas, to surround the righteous one, therefore law grows numb, and justice never goes forth.

(Habakkuk 1:4) ⁴ Therefore law grows numb, and justice never goes forth. Because the wicked one is surrounding the righteous one, for that reason justice goes forth crooked.(Isaiah 10:1-2) . . .Woe to those who are enacting harmful regulations and those who, constantly writing, have written out sheer trouble, ² in order to push away the lowly ones from a legal case and to wrest away justice from the afflicted ones of my people, for the widows to become their spoil, and that they may plunder even the fatherless boys. . .(Amos 5:12-13) . . ., O YOU who are showing hostility toward someone righteous, YOU who are taking hush money, and the ones who have turned aside poor people even in the gate. ¹³ Therefore the very one having insight will in that time keep silent, for it will be a calamitous time.

“Justice never goes forth because the ridiculer wicked ideas actually lays a cursing upon the righteous ones to bring him under liability to the curse these ridiculers hate reproof, this lead them to be unreasoning with deception and their words are lying in wait for blood Prov. 12:1-6; Prov.13:1”

(1 Kings 8:31-32) ³¹ “When a man sins against his fellowman, and he actually lays a cursing upon him to bring him under liability to the curse, and he actually comes [within] the curse before your altar in this house, ³² then may you yourself hear from the heavens, and you must act and judge your servants by pronouncing the wicked one wicked by putting his way upon his own head, and by pronouncing the righteous one righteous by giving to him according to his own righteousness.

(Hebrews 10:38-39) . . .“But my righteous one will live by reason of faith,” and, “if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.” ³⁹ Now we are not the sort that shrink back to destruction, but the sort that have faith to the preserving alive of the soul. (1 Thessalonians 2:9-12) ⁹ Certainly YOU bear in mind, brothers, our labor and toil. It was with working night and day, so as not to put an expensive burden upon any one of YOU, that we preached the good news of God to YOU. ¹⁰ YOU are witnesses, God is also, how loyal and righteous and unblamable we proved to be to YOU believers. ¹¹ In harmony with that YOU well know how, as a father does his children, we kept exhorting each one of YOU, and consoling and bearing witness to YOU, ¹² to the end that YOU should go on walking worthily of God who is calling YOU to his kingdom and glory.

Worship that is acceptable to God requires right works to demonstrate one’s faith (1:19–2:26)

Put away all badness and accept God’s word with mildness; be a doer of the word and not merely a hearer

Learn to control the tongue, look after orphans and widows, and keep without spot from the world

Favoring the rich while disregarding the poor is a violation of “the kingly law” of love

A living faith is revealed by works, as is evident in the examples of Abraham and Rahab

The bully goes around disregarding his victims, a violation of “the kingly law” of love and he actually lays a curse upon his victims, to bring his victims under likably to the curse, this cursing trains the one hearing to disregard the ones that the bully disregards. So the bully is creating followers after himself, others in time become bullies like him, and they become the bully’s victims also, as doing his sins against his fellowmen. (Habakkuk 1:4) ⁴ Therefore law grows numb, and justice never goes forth. Because the wicked one is surrounding the righteous one, for that reason justice goes forth crooked.(Amos 5:12-13) . . ., O YOU who are showing hostility toward someone righteous, YOU who are taking hush money, and the ones who have turned aside poor people even in the gate. ¹³ Therefore the very one having insight will in that time keep silent, for it will be a calamitous time.

So wakeup and get away from the bullies, and live by reason of faith in bible principles and follow only Jesus not men. 1Pet. 2:21 ;(1 John 2:29) . . .everyone who practices righteousness has been born from him. 1Thess.4:8:

What quality that is from the most power force on the earth? That could remove this sin , coming from the bullies . 1Thess.4:8: When Holy Spirit remands in a person he will not show disregard to God or Man, he will show disregard to the sin, but not to the person. This pattern the bullies can not follow, because of their wicked ideas. (Proverbs 12:2) ² One that is good gets approval from Jehovah, but the man of [wicked] ideas he pronounces wicked.

This is to try to move the bullies to repent.

Believers were exhorted to follow the example of the archangel Michael, who refrained from using abusive terms even toward God’s adversary the Devil. (Jude 9) As regards all others, they had Christ’s own injunction to “continue to love your enemies, to do good to those hating you, to bless those cursing you, to pray for those who are insulting you.” (Luke 6:27, 28) And the apostle Paul wrote: “Keep on blessing those who persecute; be blessing and do not be cursing. Return evil for evil to no one. . . . Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but yield place to the wrath; for it is written: ‘Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says Jehovah’ . . . keep conquering the evil with the good.” (Rom. 12:14, 17-21)

11 Quit speaking against one another, brothers

In the preceding portion of his letter James dealt with the problem of haughtiness and a lack of humility. This may have been at the root of the problem he now takes up, namely, that of speaking against one’s brother. (Compare Psalm 101:5.) Since James has already dealt with the matter of ‘cursing’ one’s brother, something often born of the heat of anger or bitter hatred, this section must deal with another facet of a wrong attitude toward one’s brother. It is a strongly critical attitude that now comes in for attention.(Psalm 50:20) . . .You sit [and] speak against your own brother, Against the son of your mother you give away a fault* (John 9:13-16, 28, 34) (Leviticus 19:16) ¹⁶ “‘You must not go around among your people for the sake of slandering. You must not stand up against your fellow’s blood. I am Jehovah. . (Proverbs 3:28-30) . . .. ²⁹ Do not fabricate against your fellowman anything bad, when he is dwelling in a sense of security with you. ³⁰ Do not quarrel with a man without cause, if he has rendered no bad to you.

Who are we commanded to Follow Christ Jesus or Men? 1Pet.2:21-23

.Are you going to follow the bullies or Christ Jesus? (1 Peter 2:21-25) ²¹ In fact, to this [course] YOU were called, because even Christ suffered for YOU, leaving YOU a model for YOU to follow his steps closely. ²² He committed no sin, nor was deception found in his mouth. ²³ When he was being reviled, he did not go reviling in return. When he was suffering, he did not go threatening, but kept on committing himself to the one who judges righteously. ²⁴ He himself bore our sins in his own body upon the stake, in order that we might be done with sins and live to righteousness. And “by his stripes YOU were healed.” ²⁵ For YOU were like sheep, going astray; but now YOU have returned to the shepherd and overseer of YOUR souls.

Show regard to God and man, by disregarding the sin not the person, Rom. 12:14, 17-21; follow Christ Jesus 1Pet.2:21; and keep holy spirit within you. 1Thess.4:8:
