Then setting up of a local non-profit fish hatcheries will enable QFH&CP to put many more fish into a safe environment in harmony with nature and its complex ecosystems. Our Chlorophyll projects is one of our prevention for a safe environment and the other is what Chlorophyll produces so to be in agreement with the Creator’s that gives life to all. What is in Chlorophyll that gives and restore life. Millions of Hydrogen atoms and of oxygen atoms. Plants producing Hydrogen and oxygen will be made to go into the waters before the fish hatchery a gate letting out side waters will be in place that out side fish will want to come in because of the waters becoming clean the fish out side the gate will try to jump over to get away from the waters there in that will tell us who harmful the waters are they their in. When that happens we will set up the Chlorophyll produces out side the gates to benefit our neighbors and to help the fish get want they want a second gate will be installed to keep the two group of large fish from coming in the smaller fish will come in and out for our extra prevention more Hydrogen and oxygen will be going into the waters piped from the same Plant. This Plant will produce more than we need so the income from the Hydrogen and oxygen will keep us growing worldwide. Than all kinds wildlife fish will come and grow out side the hatchery being a great place to fish. We will be come so busy try to cover orders just for our Chlorophyll projects and Hydrogen and Oxygen Plants. Growing plants and trees that will also gives the fish food will be grown at our hatcheries the fish will try to get away were the danger is but here will be and open place to live that they will what to be because it is the best waters around full of life giving waters coming from imitating the Creators design. For the same amount of funding thus creating a much-improved effect for the local. For example, the current commercial price of silver perch is around nine cents per fish; QFH&CP will be able to produce the same fish for approximately 6 cents per fish fingerlings. The setting up of a community fish hatchery will most certainly lead to a more productive local fish enhancement program and allow QFH&CP to become less dependants upon ongoing fund raising and grants. Increased research programs focus on how growth and behavior of the different species might be controlled by such factors as exercise, manipulation of light, and proper quantity and quality of food thou the Chlorophyll projects will increase fish numbers and will allow the fish-farming program to be expanded to worldwide areas increasing jobs.
