After training is complete of building concrete homes the volunteer could benefit to buy one of the home’s at 0% interest, When profit is in their own branch office then the Volunteers could be able to buy their second house at 0% interest. This will help each volunteer bring in more income from their second house sale or renting . Gross income from working will not be more than the standard of living or less than standard of living in each branch if the income is earned. Each family member also will get paid as a self-employed worker ages is in according with each law in that branch. Larger working families may total over the standard of living and I pray they use it to serve Jehovah more fully as they work for kingdom interest. Arrangement for Less hours of working each day if use only for kingdom interest, extra pay can come out of building plants programs branch office that would go to the yearly kingdom interest fund to support workers if they do not set aside Jesus qualities nor oppress them by what they say and do.
