A good leader gives clear direction and helps people under his care to gain personal strength and resources so that they can solve problems successfully. What impact will accepting his leadership have on our lives? Neither be called leaders, for your Leader is one, Matthew 23:10; If the greatest leader displayed modesty, how much more so should those taking the lead .Yes, they are careful not to abuse any authority entrusted to them. And they do "not come with an extravagance of speech, trying to impress others. 1Corinthians 2:1,2; Rather, they endeavor to speak words of truth with simplicity and sincerity. Moreover, they strive to be reasonable in their expectations of others and to be considerate of their needs. Philippians 4:5; Being aware that everyone has limitations, they lovingly make allowances for these in their associates. 1Peter 4:8; And are not associates who are humble and mild-tempered truly refreshing? They are indeed. Associates that are approachable and accessible, even to lesser ones. Are warm and kind, and we are attracted to them because of those qualities. 1Corinthians 2:16; Knowing the pattern of the greatest leader and his thinking and the full range of his personality so that we know what he might do in a particular situation. The associates have the satisfaction of seeing others joyfully follow the footsteps of those qualities. It is vital all of us remain under that one leadership. 2 Peter 3:13; Luke 2:32 Will Jehovah's qualities and invisible qualities, if used completely give him all the glory, opening a door for some of mankind to come to know him as a God who cares? Roman 1:16-22; Eph. 1: 3-12-20; Luke 1:68-79; 2:25-32; Is Jesus qualities the key to open the door to understand and get the sense of the kingdom, and how to give good news of something better to the earth and to our hearts?
